Call Citizens First toll free at 866.411.2742 or contact your agent as soon as you become aware of or suspect damage. The Claim Service Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can report a claim to Citizens, at no cost, even before you know the full extent of damage. Citizens claims specialists will work with you to make sure any covered damage is repaired quickly, safely and with high-quality workmanship.
